Fresh raviolis stuffed with spinach, ricotta, pecorino, and artichoke hearts served in a robust sun-dried tomato cream sauce.
Linguini al’ Fruitti di Mare’
A medley of jumbo shrimp, fresh sea scallops, fresh mussels and calamari simmered in a tomato seafood broth, served over fresh egg linguini.

chicken sautéed with garlic, fresh peppers and herbs in a spicy
seafood broth over fresh fusilli pasta.
Fettuccine al Pecorino
Fresh egg fettuccine very simply prepared alio olio with a
touch of balsamic vinegar, pecorino cheese and fresh basil.
Homemade Italian sausage simmered in a fiery tomato sauce, served over fresh linguine topped with fresh crumbled mozzarella.
Fusilli ala Putenesca
A somewhat salty, spicy aromatic sauce of tomato, olive
oil, garlic, imported olives, capers and pine nuts served on fresh fusilli.
Pesce del Giorno
Fresh fish selection of the day served with today's fresh vegetable.
Fresh baby eggplant dusted with rice flour and fresh herbs, pan fried, topped with fresh curd mozzarella then oven baked in our homemade marinara sauce.
Pollo alla Marsala
(Gluten free) breast of chicken sautéed with pancetta mushrooms, garlic and fresh herbs finished in a marsala wine reduction, served with today’s fresh vegetable.
